Rob manages the day-to-day operations of the team, as well as focusing on business development and marketing strategy. In his role as Managing Director, he is passionately committed to understanding clients’ goals, values, risk tolerance, aspirations, and concerns. Based on this input, he and Chris Marzec, Managing Director, develop tailored asset allocation strategies to help clients pursue their desired objectives.
Having started his career in 1997 at Everen Securities, Rob built his proficiencies at Smith Barney for nine years prior to joining Wells Fargo Advisors in 2009. He is an AVID sports fan and a self-described die-hard fan of the Chicago White Sox and Blackhawks. Outside of the office, he enjoys traveling, working out, skiing and tennis, and spending meaningful time with his wife and daughters in their Chicago suburban home.

As a lifelong student of the markets, Chris analyzes and searches for opportunities to help clients meet their individual investment objectives. Chris and Rob Footlik, Managing Director, have built successful long-term client relationships by guiding their clients through the stages of wealth and helping them to pursue their vision.
Prior to joining Wells Fargo Advisors in 2009, Chris was with Smith Barney for nine years. He began his career at Merrill Lynch in 19901. He enjoys playing all sports and is an avid golfer. His other pastimes include reading, cooking, and playing with his two children. Chris, his wife and children reside in Oak Park, IL.

Gina joined the team in 2018 and delights in ensuring clients’ service expectations are exceeded while maintaining the team’s “behind-the-scenes” operations runs efficiently. She is in frequent touch with clients and serves as a dedicated resource for their inquiries and needs. With more than 30 years in financial services, she is an invaluable asset to the team.
Gina lives in Tinley Park, IL with her husband. She enjoys spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Her pastimes include volunteering, reading and cooking.
